UPDATE: Deep cleaning completed. Staff is very helpful and compassionate. Finally found a dental office who cares. Thank you staff and Sophia for everything! I have severe dental anxiety and I came in to impact dental for an exam and Rosa was very welcoming and understanding. When I saw the dentist he was also very understanding and gentle and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I scheduled a deep cleaning for the following Friday, I went in at my scheduled time and was promptly brought back. The hygienist was very patient and understanding to my fear. We were able to get me calm enough to perform 1 quadrant which was super easy and quick. I scheduled my next appointment for the following Friday 7/24. Unfortunately I had to call and reschedule due to having the stomach flu and was told that now I can’t get the rest of my deep cleaning until Sept 4. I feel that is too far out from my 1st cleaning appointment. Hopefully they can get me in sooner than that. Other than the rescheduling issue I would definitely recommend Impact dental.

Very great service. Staff is very nice, friendly and professional. I have been here more than once and have taken care of all my dental services. I highly recommend this place. Overall great experience

My first time at Impact Dental Care in Fresno... Look, I'll be honest, I'm always nervous about going to the dentist... But Impact Dental and their staff made my experience pleasant, they were so kind and professional... I'll recommend them to family and friends... Thank you, Impact Dental and staff... I'll be back for sure...

Not used to leaving reviews for anything, but felt compelled to acknowledge a very pleasant experience at this dentist office. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 10 years, and was reluctant to even make this appt. due to the anxiety I always had in prior visits. Being a 1st time patient here, I knew nothing of the staff, except for what I saw in reviews, which were overwhelmingly positive. And for good reason. The staff that worked with me - Rosa (receptionist), Yvette (dental assistant), and Dr. Tran - were all very welcoming, and put my anxiety to rest from the 1st step thru the door. 1st, no paperwork to do as a new patient - it’s all done on a laptop with Rosa, took no time at all. After a very short wait, Yvette did a full panel of X-rays and a 3-D imaging of my teeth, and was extremely gentle and relaxing in her manner. Dr. Tran came in a few minutes later and was detailed in offering options for procedures. No particular plan of action was pushed on me, only given as alternatives. I was relaxed the entire visit, and am actually looking forward to returning. I can’t thank these ladies enough for this nice visit. All were very welcoming, helpful, and pleasant - and

I have so much anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. Tran was very warm and explained everything to me so that I could feel more at ease. The front staff, Rosa, were very welcoming and made the whole experience more pleasant. The office space is clean and organized, and offers water and coffee. Overall a great dental experience (:
